Fusion EM™ Energy Management Solution Recognized in Best Software Category
Crestron proudly accepted the LIGHTFAIR® International (LFI) Innovation Award for its Fusion EM™ Energy Management software this week during Light Fair International in Las Vegas. Fusion EM is part of a complete Fusion enterprise management solution that has been deployed by thousands of clients worldwide. The LFI Innovation Awards honors industry innovations for lighting-related products and designs introduced in the past 12 months. Each product was judged by an independent panel of renowned lighting professionals.
“We are honored to be recognized by the lighting industry for our advancements in energy management and complete building control solutions,” said Mike Malone, Crestron Vice President of Commercial Lighting Controls. “The way to achieve significant reductions in energy usage and utility costs is to integrate all building systems on a single, intelligent platform. With Fusion EM, organizations can instantly control their lighting and environmental systems while delivering a wholistic view of all the power in the building from a simple to use interface.”
Fusion EM™ Energy Management Software measures, monitors, manages, and controls lighting, HVAC systems, and energy usage in every room of every building, all from one convenient interface. Organizations can automate daily functions and schedule events such as temperature, shades and lighting level set points, demand response settings, global lighting and climate control for unoccupied spaces. Fusion EM integrates with building management systems and monitors historical and real-time energy usage from a centralized dashboard.
When combined with Crestron integrated power metering and lighting control solutions, Fusion EM provides accurate measuring, monitoring, and management power of all energy sources, from individual lighting fixtures to complete sustainable energy solutions for the entire building. Crestron enables organizations to make intelligent and informed energy savings decisions by single room, entire floor, or whole campus.
“Organizations can now benchmark energy use so they can actually measure, compare, and reduce consumption,” noted Malone. “Our Integrated by Design™ solutions unify all technology in the building together to increase efficiency, productivity and energy savings. No other company comes close to what we’re delivering.”
