Three HAI Products Finalists in 2010 Mark of Excellence Awards
The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA®) announced that HAI, the leading manufacturer of integrated automation and security products since 1985, has three products which are finalists in the 2010 Mark of Excellence Awards, presented by CEA’s TechHome Division.
CEA’s Mark of Excellence Awards recognized the following finalists: OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen (Human Interface Product of the Year), Automation Studio (Installation Product of the Year), and the Cellular Communication Center (Structured Wiring Product of the Year). The finalist designation recognizes HAI’s outstanding achievement and innovation in trend setting custom home electronics. Award entries were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and submitted in two categories: Supplier and Systems Integrators.
“Having three of our innovative products in the running for the 2010 MOE’s is a testament to our talented engineering department”, stated HAI President, Jay McLellan. “In the past twenty five years, they have worked diligently and have been rewarded with over 100 industry awards.”
The winners will be announced and all finalists recognized at the Mark of Excellence Awards Dinner, held in conjunction with the eleventh annual Electronic House Expo EHX Spring 2010 in Orlando, Florida.
Each year manufacturers, distributors and systems integrators enter to compete in award categories for this coveted honor. Each of the TechHome Mark of Excellence Awards categories has a four-member judging team comprised of systems integrators, manufacturers, members of the trade press and industry consultants to determine both finalists and winners.
